It is recommended to avoid the use of pain relievers, blood thinners, gingko biloba, garlic extract and alcohol 3 days before the procedure. It is recommended that you avoid sports activities that will cause you to sweat for 4 hours after the procedure, bending forward, using Turkish bath, sauna, making excessive gestures, not touching your face with water, cream, make-up during the day of the procedure, and not drinking alcohol for 2 days.
